This excellent property is located in Ghajnsielem. This delightful, rustic, 200 year old townhouse is centrally located, just 5 mins walk from the centre of Ghajnsielem and 15 mins walk to the beach. The authentic architecture and high quality of this beautiful house provide the location for a memorable holiday on this special island.

The lovely, original limestone walss of this tradional townhouse are very thick and ensure that the villa remains comfortably cool in the hot summer months and warm in winter months. The large living area is on ground floor with an archway to the kitchen and dining room, all of which have wonderful vaulted arches and are decorted with local artefacts. Both living / kitchen . dining rooms woverlook the pool area. There are 3 bedrooms all of them on first floor. One double bedroom have an en-suite bathroom. One bedroom have a double bed while the other bedroom have 2 single beds. A shower room is near the double bedroom and bedroom with single beds. For extra convinience an extra guest toilet with shower is situated on groung floor.

The pretty pool area is sheltered with mellow limestone walls. Patio dining furniture, a barbecue and sun beds complete a beautiful area which is perfect for al fresco enjoyment. The lovely swimmimg pool 7.5m by 3.5m provide an ideal location for those seeeking a typical relaxed Gozo holiday.
