Sannat Farmhouse

Ta Sannat farmhouse is a 150 year old farmhouse, expertly converted and highly furnished into a four bedroom house and it is situated in the very quiet village of Sannat, Gozo.  The village is only a 5 mins car drive from the famous beach "Imgarr Ix - Xini".  The bedrooms consist of two singles and two double bedrooms, all with ensuite facilities including two showers and two bathrooms.  Extra sleeping beds are available on demand and this makes for a total sleeping capacity of 10 persons. 

On entering the farmhouse one finds an external yard decorated with plants.  The yard leads to an exterior path that opens into a large kidney-shaped pool of approximate dimensions that measure 26 by 12 feet at its widest.  The pool area is very spacious around which are deckchairs, bbq and a small garden at the far end of the pool. Over-looking the pool one finds a nice sitting room equipped with sofas, a plasma screen with digital box, dvd and an extra toilet.  The living room leads to a very large kitchen equipped with a TV and digital box, a large table seating for 10, oven, hob and with all the necessary kitchen utensils including a toaster and microwave.  A washing machine and an iron with board are also available.  On the ground floor one also finds the first two bedrooms, one single and one double.

A traditional external stone staircase leads to the first floor and into a terrace that has access to the remaining two bedrooms, one single and one double.  One of these bedrooms has a small balcony that over-looks the pool.

The farmhouse is brimming with old features such as arched ceilings, roofing slabs, mangers, wooden beams and patterned floor tiles.
